There’s no shortage of busy in our lives, is there? When busy appears, what do you do? If you’re like most of us, you dive into that busy-ness (business?) and opportunities to try exciting and new things fall away.

One of the things I have realized for myself is this: if I don’t consciously create the space to do great things, great things will not happen. If I don’t step beyond the busy in my life, busy is all I’m going to get out of my life.

With that in mind, what if I told you this: one of the best traveling yoga teachers in the world is coming to Kindness Yoga this weekend. Desiree Rumbaugh has inspired and reinspired thousands of students of all ages and styles around the globe, both on their mats and out in their lives. What’s more, this is her first visit to our studios in over 3 years. It’s a rare and meaningful opportunity. Will you join us in welcoming her to Kindness?
